Meet Darrell WhiteDarrell White
Former Credit Union VP
and Sales & Operations
Consultant

Experience in the Credit Union system and all of it’s operations is Darrell’s expertise.  He brings close to 20 years in banking that includes sales processes at all levels, customized service excellence initiatives, staff leadership and operational performance.

As the Senior Vice President of Retail Operations for Community Savings in Alberta, Darrell was responsible for the day to day operations of a $3 billion, 30 branch, 700 staff operation. 

In addition, Darrell successfully inspired member service to record levels leading Community Savings to achieve the top financial performance of any Credit Union in Canada …for over 7 years. 

He has also been quite involved with Royal Bank and has hands on experience as a Sales Effectiveness Advisor for Canada’s largest bank.  He can speak first hand to people in the industry ranging from wealth management to all facets of lending.

He also brings a depth of  experience in setting up Contact Centres, Mortgage Brokerages, Wealth Management programs, Commercial Business Loan Brokerages, Dealer Finance and service-based sales systems for all business development areas of the Credit Union.
